Is there anything I can do?

I recently switched from a Verizon Wireless Account to a Verizon Prepaid account. I cannot receive any calls when inside of a building. This is the same phone that I used previously and did receive calls then in the same places. Is there a setting I can change on my phone to correct this issue. Currently I am completely unreachable in those locations. Messages do not go through and voice mail will not pick up at all.

I'm sorry for the signal issues that you are having with your prepaid device. Let's get you back up and running. Does the issue occur only indoors? Signal can be challenging indoors. What zip code are you having issues in? Which make and model device?

Yes it only occurs indoors. I have two devices that have the exact same issue. I have an HTC Rhyme and and HTC Droid Incredible. I've tried both of them with no luck. My zip code is 53073
