Will the Home Phone Connect Caller ID work with a DISH Hopper?

This is an interesting question ckristi. To my understanding, the Hopper is a home HD DVR, is this correct? As long as the Home Phone Connect is connected and works, the Caller ID function will work. Thank you,VanessaS_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
The Home Phone Connect box works fine with my house phone connected; however, when I connect the Hopper to it (via phone 2 plugin) it doesn't give me caller ID on my TV, instead it goes directly to Voice Mail when someone calls. When just the phone connects the Caller ID works on the phone. Caller ID is turned on via the Hopper settings, so that's not the problem.
