OK....can anyone tell me WHY the internal alarm REFUSES to work on my brand new Eris??? I need to use this as my primary alarm clock, but it will not consistantly work for me. I took it into a Verizon store, the girl did a major reset to my ohone to reset the settings to default, tested the alarm in the store, and it worked. I set the alarm to get up for work this morning, and.....NOTHING!
