How do I contact Tech Support to report an outage with no phone service?

Again - no phone service near Williamsport, PA. Cannot contact anyone. I chatted with the sales person who could not help - she suggested that I drive to a nearby place that has service. This really is awul! There shoudl be a way to report this other than using a phone.

If you don't have access to a landline to call Customer Service and you don't want to drive to a place where there's service, you can try chat (not the sales chat, but Customer Service chat, via the Contact Us link at the top of the page), Twitter, Facebook, or Google+. The e-mail option went away earlier this year.
