Is it a prerequisite to be an asshole, or to have the personality of a bottle of ketchup, to work at a VWS store in Rhode Island? I am pretty sure I saw that on the application. I have been to virtually every store here in RI and I have experienced the worst customer service in my life. Problem still not solved and switching to AT&T. I have been a customer for 8 years, Asurion did not stand by there replacement phone, and no one at Verizon is willing to help me. Goodbye!

You have cell stores in Rhode Island? Ha ha just kidding.

If you have a phone insurance issue then only Asurion is the only people that can assist.

You have not stated what the problem was, but are going to AT&T so I am sure that may be the best.

You know everytime I vacation in your state Verizon has great coverage. In Galilee RI coverage was great also.

Hopefully the AT&T coverage is as good.

People should go to where they get good and reliable service.
