I just noticed my contract end date changed from April 2014 to October 2014? How did this change since I have made no changes to my phone service.
I barely get service in my home with Verizon now and I purchased a Verizon Network extender when I started the plan but that stopped working when my cable upgraded to HD service? not sure why this affected it but it did so I was holding out till that April date to switch carriers and avoid the fee and now they extended my contract end date? Please let me know who do I contact to have this changed back.
FYI: I talked to all the techs there and they sent me what they thought would help but none of their products helped my service.
I am a very patient person and I am in customer service so I am trying to give Verizon a chance here!
