BAD SERVICE

i just want to say this to those people who want to switch to Verizon wireless PLEASE STAY AWAY from this worst company.  i was t-mobile  customer for long time i made mistake purchase to phones from ebay  because i didn't want to do contract with Verizon i heard they BAD but still i thought Verizon is the best as Verizon claim .i went to Verizon i told them i have phone i don't want to do any contract they were pushing me to do contract 2nd he put me in contract and i have credit inquiry they are ignorant and i am getting 1 signal bar and 3g service i paid them even i am getting 22% discount because my job  still first mont bill was $239.99 with 1GB data VERIZON HAS BAD SERVICE. i am going back to tmobile i am gonna get same service with $90.00 for 2 lines i will never go back to Verizon never never ever again

Well if you buy 3G phones you get 3G that is quite simple.

If you purchased 4G phones many times where you are may not give you a strong 4G but drop to 3G it is the way it is.

You left T-Mobile who only as of recent memory only had HSPA+ (its said it was as fast as 4G) but the service is only usable in major cities. And now 4G LTE is rolling out in select areas.

Your employee discount was 15% at T-Mobile and now you claim Verizon was giving you 22% and for two lines your first bill would be higher due to activation fees $35 per line, $30 each line for Data unless shared data, then you have a prorata of your invoice and then the next months service. You do not need any contract unless you bought subsidized devices from Verizon which you say you didn't.

You can leave at anytime since you are not really under contract. If Verizon would claim that the simple process of seeing your own phones were supplied by you and not subsidize by them bears you out.
