I changed my number through verizon and it says that my phone is set up, but when I try to call/text off of my phone it won't work, I tried calling *228 and it tells me 'this number is not allowed'. I'm receiving texts but I can't reply.
*228 doesn't work on 4G devices. Tried holding the power and home buttons until the device restarts.
