I've been with Verizon for well over a decade now. I've been through several phones and have always been quite satisfied with the service. In roughly 13 years, I may have had 2 dropped calls. Since I moved to the iPhone 5 a few weeks ago, dropped calls are the norm. Yesterday, it dropped 9 times in a single conversation - highly annoying to say the least.
I'm always able to call the person right back, but the drops are ridiculous. Any suggestions? At this point, as much as I love some aspects of the iPhone, I'm dying to have my old flip phone back so I can reliably make and receive phone calls.
