Dear Verizon, stop stealing your consumers money!

I have been living with 1meg DSL internet for years, and just recently I notice 4g LTE is now available where I live. The speeds are 10x faster than what I have. I would love to use LTE as my replacement internet.

But $60 a month for 10 gigs of data? Who in their right mind would buy this? Not only that, how can you charge us for data we PAY FOR! I buy a game for $50 on steam yet I wouldn't be able to download it? even though I PAYED to get that data? I PAY for Netflix, yet you can charge me for just using it? I also have seen many reports on here about false Data usage. WTF how is this not a scam?

I hope your company rethinks it plans, because at some point you won't be able to get away with stealing peoples money!

Cellular Wireless Internet service shouldn't be used as a replacement for landline based Internet service if such service is available. Landline based Internet services have much higher data caps then satellite or cellular broadband access.

Shouldn't be a replacement? Then why is Verizon expanding the network so

vigorously? Why offer a home internet option? Why would Verizon build

something so vast and wide spreading to just say stick with your landline?

At $60 for 10 gigabytes = $6 per gigabyte and Overage is billed at $10 per

gigabyte, how much does Verizon actually pay for Data? Because I can

guarantee you it no where near that fucking price.

Not every location has access to landline internet services. Cellular and satelite are their only available options. If I recall correctly from some older posts on here, the price Verizon is offer for cellular broadband service is comparable to what satelite offers. That is who they are competing with in the pricing and data caps.
