I'm out of the country on a long travel and am trying to connect with a customer representative. Everytime I call, I'm spending around $10 just to put on hold. Is there an email address I can contact instead to save cost. I've tried the online chat function but it doesn't seem to work outside of the country (could just be the country I'm located in).
