What should we do when we have service outages in an area - alot of times - especially in the morning and sometimes all day. If people are in that area they can not make or receive calls. They do not get their alarms to wake them up. It is really sad. Especially when the company does not ever acknowledge the problem or give you a credit for your lack of service! This is serious. This is a rural area that has really good verizon coverage in most areas and none in others - people who live in this area know where it works and where it don't - even though the map shows all red - for full coverage.
But to loose service for hours and the company not acknowledge it - is not acceptable. I work in the Computer industry on the service end - and when we have and outage - all hell breaks loose until we fix it and then our customers gets an explanation and a credit. j
We have lost coverage serveral diffferent mornings and 1 whole day. We don't even know how to report it or if Verizon knows about the problem.
We also get alot of "all circuits are busy " when calling during peak times????? Maybe an upgrade is needed.
The area I am speaking of is Summertown Tennessee 38483
