Poor Data/Voice Coverage In Spots Of New Albany, OH 43054

How can I request better coverage in the Kroger and Giant Eagle on New Albany Road?  I can go in to either store with 100% battery and walk out with a nearly drained phone.  I can rarely access data or receive phone calls or texts.  Can an indoor booster be installed?
