Dropped calls/service in Hayden, Alabama

How can we get better service in the Hayden, Alabama area?  Especially near the schools and the Mountain Woods Lake area.  My phone is virtually rendered useless in these areas.  My son lives in the Mountain Woods Lake area and I can't use my phone at his house.

We would love to increase service in Hayden, BobbyBrake! This area shows extended 4G coverage and variable 3G coverage which means that it may tough getting a signal there depending on how far away you are from a tower. At this time, we don't have information on the addition of more towers.
