I'm new to friends and family.... I need a step-by-step explanation on how to add numbers to my friends and family for the first time. Please help!

Alright, i don't have Friends and Family myself, but i can give you the basics on how to do it.
Log into My Verizon. Then click the my services tab. The option to add/change your friends and family numbers should be there. Here is an article thay may assist you.

The is no add numbers button on the page. I've tried

I have a different friends and family question:
Are the calls FROM (incoming) the people on your F&F list free also? (As long as they call from the number you entered for them), or does it only apply if you call them?
