Mobile hotspot usage on "SHARE EVERY UNL TLK&TXT 4GB"

I moved to a new place and needed an internet connection.  I'll set up FIOS, but am postponing it for now because I can't afford to wait during the 4 hour window during a workday.

So...I tried the mobile hotspot setting on my Samsung Galaxy S4.  Works great.  Only thing is that I'm not sure how to monitor usage.  Also, I'm not sure if it merely counts against my total data usage on my plan, or whether there's a separate "bin" to monitor (I don't see one at myverizon).  Also, I'm not sure if I'll get a surcharge for using it on my plan, or whether I'd need a different plan to avoid a hefty surcharge.

It appears that you are on the Share Everything plan and if so, the hotspot feature is included with your plan.  Whatever data is used by the hotspot counts against your 4 GB data package.
