I just learned that the reason my phone is not working is that there is a voice outage (data & text is not affected) in the Ramona, CA area (zip 92065).
Is there a page on your web site (like what San Diego Gas & Electric has) where I can find out information on current outages? Specifically I'm interested in your ETA for service restoration.
