I would like to know how Much the early termination fee would be to cancel my line since my contract ends on 3/01/14?

If your contract ends on 3/01/2014, your ETF right now would be $180. It will drop down to $170 on 9/01, $160 on 10/01, etc...

I'm sure it is because of the terrible customer service! I am a first time customer as of 8/4/2013 and if I don't get any resolve soon I will pay whatever I have to, to drop my service with Verizon!!! I cannot believe I left a service I was with since 1999 for this bull!! No iPhone is worth this much headache!
