Here is something very crappy my husband has a plan through work that should have given us a discount. I joined his plan back in 2007. Our bill for two phones that we don't even use the internet for comes to $176 a month~Our Bill got out of hand so we went to straight talk before they shut us off and until we could pay down our bill with Verizon ~ I've been trying to send in $50 dollars a time to pay it down from $348 they wouldn't credit it towards our account but they took our money, and costumer service is no where to be found!!!! Now they put us in collections???? WTF???? I've been making payments every month!!!! Why is my Bill NOT GOING DOWN AND WHY DID YOU PUT ME IN COLLECTIONS????? I hate your company and I hope you go out of business!!!!!!!!!
