So I called Verizon today and talked to a supervisor regarding my very unfortunate circumstances and having to move to Canada because of it, and she's trying to charge me $500 for both of my lines in order to cancel it. She told me that Verizon offers services in Canada but I would be chaged differently and they don't even offer coverage at the new place Im moving to. I informed her that and she said sorry, you're still responsible for it because its outside "Verizon's Footprints". But she just said Verizon DOES offer services in Canada? And under the contract I signed, it said that if Verizon cannot provide me service, then I can cancel my plan with not having to pay a fee.
