I found some of the information I'm looking for using the Mobile Broadband Portal but I would like to see the REAL minute usage just like a phone bill. I would also like to know how I went from 197 MB usage to 217 MB usage overnight, when I turned off the 4G LTE device I am using. Can VZWSupport answer that? My usage minutes have jumped like that several times while the 4G LTE has been turned off and I do not have service with this device.
