I had a single line smartphone plan. My contract just expired, and shortly after I ported my number to another carrier. My device now shows as "suspended", but it's not clear to me if I need to take further action to cancel my service and not be billed. I understand that I'll need to pay for the entire final month even though I only had service for part of it, but I just want to know if I need to wait on hold forever to cancel over the phone, or if I'm already done.
