Poor coverage around Spiritwood Lake, ND

Yeah, I know, it's near a lake and it is in ND but coverage map shows it blanketed and in previous years, there was coverage. This year unless I climb to the top of the tallest tree, nothing... I have an iPhone 5 so sometimes I can pick up an AT&T signal. But my iphone 4s gets nothing... How best to report to Verizon?

To report it, you will have to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from another phone since the Verizon Wireless one doesn't have service.

Also when was the last time you updated the Preferred Roaming List (PRL) for the phone? The next time you are in a location with a strong Verizon Wireless signal, dial *228, option 1 to reprogram the phone the network and then dial *228, option 2 to update the PRL.

Can't dial *228 from my iPhone 5. Was under the impression 4g phones auto update the PRL?

Fischt, let's see if we can find out where your service is hiding. I do see that the towers are about 12 miles away, so that can cause lower signal. I'm not showing any current reported issues though. Are you able to pickup signal on your 4S in any parts of the city? How long have you been there this summer? On both devices, can you please try resetting network settings? http://bit.ly/RWB8pS Steps will be the same for both. Let me know if you need further assistance.
