I have a Verizon Family Plan with 4 lines,2 with unlimited data and 2 with no data.I need to port one of the no data lines(NOT THE PRIMARY NUMBER) to another carrier. This phone number is month to month,no contract. The user of that phone will be moving to an area better served by another carrier.
Will the porting of the one no data line cause Verizon to cancel the unlimited data plan and force the 2 lines into a share data plan?
The 2 unlimited lines use about 30 KB per month. You can see why I do not want to lose the unlimited plan. The line to be ported cost about $15 per month, tax included. So I have the option to keep the line open just to keep the unlimited data plan.
Thank you for your help.
