Should companies like Verizon be allowed to give priority to some internet services or adjust fees and speeds to handle some traffic? The issue of "net neutrality" goes to court today in a case where Verizon is suing to challenge net neutrality rules.
This concerns me because I am a middle class person who is not wealthy, nor am I a big company. If Verizon wins, my service would be among the first that Verizon would "alter" with or without my consent. If Verizon wins, I will probably drop Verizon in favor of a cell phone service that will not pick and choose whose service they want to prioritize over others. Neutrality means everyone and every business is on a level playing field. Verizon is trying to change that!!! No, Verizon, I won't tolerate it.
