I recently switched to Verizon and have poor coverage in my home. Why does Verizon not have some kind of portal to submit concerns of poor coverage...zip 75094?

I have a new 5s no damage. I don't have data issues at home since i switch to my fios wifi at home. Call coverage breaks up and drops at the house though.

Are the calls better or worse outside of the building? Is the issue only happen while inside the building?
