First you extend my service contract by 4 months without my knowledge. Then you come up with the absurd notion that good honest customers should be rewarded with a $30 fee to stay? And don't give that bull about discounted price on upgrade, I checked the price is the same for a new customer as it would be if I upgraded except I pay a $30 fee.
