HI. I am sorry you are having issues with your phone and I will be happy to look into this for you. How often do you charge the phone? Make sure the battery is not loose inside the phone.
Also try to dial *228 option 1 to see if that helps.
If none of this works, I would suggest you have us take a look at the phone to see if there are any hardware issues what we could replace under warranty.
