We currently have an Avaya Partner Phone system and are looking and going completely wireless by adding smartphones to our existing company Verizon Wireless plan. Our main office landline would be put onto a smartphone and all we would need is some sort of virtual receptionist to route calls.(for Bill press 1, for Bob press 2...etc.) that would route the calls to each employees cell phone. Does Verizon offer a system that could achieve this or would we have to use a 3rd party software to do this?
