I had a very poor experience with the store on Airline Dr in Bossier City, LA. I would like to speak to someone about the employees there, and their lack of wanting to help someone who is not buying a phone/starting a new plan. We wanted to 1) upgrade bf's phone 2) change his number from his Mom's account to mine (we are trying to save $$ and consolidate bills) and 3) find her a data-less inexpensive plan. We were originally told that we would be better off calling customer service for our issue. So we did, from THE PARKING LOT!! The lady we spoke with was great! She had no idea why the guy told us to call. It was something that could have been taken care of in the store, On our second trip (same day) into the store, we were told by another guy "No problem, I can do that for you." A few taps on his tablet, a swipe of a credit card, my signature, and we were out the door. Only to find out today that half of what he was supposed to do WAS NOT DONE! Again, I called customer service, got an excellent rep, and my issue was taken care of. I do not have an issue with the call center, as they have never been anything but helpful. I have an issue with the employees that were working at this store on Saturday afternoon. Please advise as to how to proceed. I'd like the employees there retrained. Thanks in advance.
