I live in Clallam County, Washington State. Cell phone service has been down for the past two days. I want to know what's wrong? And when can we expect coverage back. I don't have a land line, so this is very important to me. I understand the service is down in Clallam Bay/Sekiu and Neah Bay. Thank you.
