hi I need to delete phone line (removed). User is no longer in our family and is out of contact for 30 months.

1) Don't post personal information such as phone numbers in the public forums.
2) The account owner needs to call Verizon Customer Support on the phone and request the line be terminated. You cannot do it online. Alternately, go to a Verizon corporate store.
