I just had a great call experience with Jacy in Customer Service. He was very friendly and answered all of the questions I asked regarding international travel with an iPhone. He went above and beyond by walking me through how to turn a feature on and off. I never felt like he was rushing through the call which is appreciated. Job well done young man!
