I cannot see why I have to keep reading this tirade in multiple posts. I stated in the last post on this to send a certified letter return receipt requested on your invoice is the address. Dispute the amount that is not correct.
Additionally file a small claims court case to get the money from verizon if paid already, or the amounts removed if not paid yet. Include fees paid to court, your certified letter costs etc. In your filing.
For the record if you have tracking information showing it was received back to verizon they cannot charge you. Verizon uses a return to vendor program which they pay to have it returned to them. If you have a receipt showing the carrier scanned in your package Verizon doesn't have a leg to stand on, if you have tracking as returned verizon doesn't have a leg to stand on.
