I bought the Eris and within the 30 day warranty it bricked on me. They sent me a replacement without telling me I had an option for a new one within 30 days.
Within two weeks of receiving the replacement IT bricked. Now they tell me that I have to accept another replacement because I activated the first replacement which means I accepted the contract to take a replacement instead of a new phone. Since I am only eligible to receive a new phone within the first 30 days and I "accepted" a replacement instead I cannot have a new phone. This might sound petty on my part but...I PAID $100 for a NEW phone that has never worked...I deserve a new phone.
Don't get an Eris...if it breaks Verizon doesn't have your back.
