I would just like to share my experience with verizon. Mind you I am a current Sprint Customer but was going to switch to verizon. However, on 9/20/13 I awoke at 3:30am to order the iphone 5s and the note 3. However, the sales rep messed up my order as she took down the incorrect email address so I could not confirm my order to finalize the process. So she canceled that order and did an new order in which I was able to confirm. Part of my order was for a case for my new note 3 to which I was mislead to believe that all note 2 accessories would fit the note 3. But in any case I proceeded with the order. A few days later I find out that the note 2 case would not fit the note 3, so I called to see if I could cancel part of my order for the case. The verizon rep said if I did that, I would have to cancel my entire order. So I told the rep not to cancel anything as I would just return that item to the store. Fast forward to the morning of 9/28/13, I get an email from verizon saying my order was canceled?!. So I call them up and they cant tell me why but tell me to speak with the rep who placed the order on Monday 9/30/13. I speak to the rep who placed my order and she cant even tell me why but offers to redo the order but I will have to wait till 10/28 to get the phones. I told her no as I never canceled my order in the first place. Her next solution was to have her supervisor contact me back to let me know what happened. But she advised me that the only thing they could do is place the order again. This is unacceptable and as for this being my first encounter with verizon, I will probably not be switching carriers. I am a customer who pre ordered the iphone 5s on day one and to have no explanation as to why my order was canceled or even try and work with me for a mutual solution is ridiculous. I wasted an hour and a half ordering the phones that early morning as the rep made a mistake, and now the system makes a mistake and cancels that order. So what am I left with?? A horrible verizon experience and a call back from a supervisor who will possibly tell me only that they are sorry my order was canceled but they can place a new order. Where has customer service went?
