I'm considering purchasing a new phone outright to replace my functioning but damaged phone, but plan to try running the Ubuntu phone ROM on the old device and would like to give it a real chance. If I lock myself into a phone that only partially works for a month would be a pain, so I'd like to be sure I stay under the device swap limit.
