GOOD BYE VERIZON; JUST TOOK 4 PHONES TO T-MOBILE

Verizon has had incredible customer service and I've told many friends about them. Today I tried and tried to get a human to speak with me about upgrades and renewing my service contract after years with Verizon and evidently Verizon's historic great customer service is a thing of the past. I was paying $185/month or $2200 per year to Verizon. I called T Mobile and a nice young lady immediately answered and told me about her package. Prices for the service in total were about the same ($180/$2160) but T Mobile gave me 4 each of the Samsung Note II included where the best I could find on the Verizon website was 4 Note II's at $145 each with the contract ......$580 more! Good bye Verizon...you did the customer service really well for quite a while....you will pay the price.

Last I checked T-Mobile got rid of contracts and therefor discounted phones. Did you confirm that you did in fact get the phones for free and won't be paying for them every month on your bill? I'm fairly certain that's the only options they have on phones now. No money down, so much extra per month for the device cost.

Actually no money down. They are not free. Its $20 per month per device of $80 per month in addition to the phone plan you chose.

T-Mobile is not giving you anything for free.
