WHY has service been soooooo bad in the northwestern corner of Colorado for the last 2 months???? seriously, it should never ever take 2 1/2 hours to do a download from mcafee... it was totally stupid. I can watch this service, on all 5 phones and on my mifi jetpack go from 3 bars, to zero bars more than I can count in a ten minute period... I can barely get on line to do anything I fight so hard to keep my internet connections.... I seriously pay 450-500 dollars a month for 11 years or more to be treated like this???? every time I call, every time anyone in town calls it's always OUR equipment, does that mean your equipment you send us is crap???? I SWEAR TO GO IF THIS IS NOT FIXE I AM DONE,I'LL GO TO SPRINT AND PAY THE DISCONNT PENALTY... THIS SUCKS... My download onto my NEW compouter this morning would not go any faster then 2.5 MB/s SERIOUSLY!!!! GET IT FIXED.. I'M TIRED OF CALLING, I'M TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT, A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 11+ YEARS AT OVER 400 DOLLARS A MONTH THIS IS BULLSHIT
