Called into because I tried to send pictures from my phone to my yahoo mail called in to tech and ask if she could help she had me delete all my applications because she was certain it was because I had a third party app on my phone so I deleted all my apps and it didn't fix the problem. I have been having issues with verizon since last November, its to the point I am going to pay my ETF and take my business to sprint, which is sad considering I have had verizon for almost 12 years. Then I go to the store to see if they can help me, the floor manager makes me sign on to my yahoo account on a tablet and the send me a test email then an email to her iphone and since it didn't work she told me it was yahoo told her sales rep to give me back my phone so I can leave. I have never been so mad in my life but whatever verizon cares about getting that new business in and people like me that have not paid my bills late and have been loyal even though they took away my unlimited data they care nothing about. I will not give a business that treats me like that my money I work too hard for my money to be treated like this.
