This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I traded my phone in to the Verizon Wireless Trade-In Program on September 25, 2013. I was supposed to received my credit within 4-6 weeks, but here we are 4 months later with no information when I may receive it. The phone was an almost brand new iPhone 5 valued by Verizon at $300. When I call the trade-in customer service number (I have called 11 times), I am treated poorly and givien little to no information other than the fact that they can "escalate" the issue which they have done 3 times with no success. All I want is the deserved credit within the expected time. If I did not pay my bill for 4 months, Verizon would be banging down my door.
I know that I am not alone with this problem as many others have posted about similar experiences. When I call the regular Verizon Wireless Customer Service line they are appalled at how long I have had to wait, but slowly realize there is nothing they can do...
