Verizon can not find my contract...

I have called Verizon multiple times to get a copy of my contract. The one they sent me, that included my signature, shows an end date of 13 Oct 2013. They can not provide a new contract than that even though the system shows I am in contract until Jan 2015. Legally, if there is no contract, I am not in one...correct?

There is a contract for each line on the account. Do you have multiple lines in your account with Verizon Wireless?

I do. They have the one for my wife's line, but not mine. The only one they can seem to find for my specific line on the account shows an end date of 13 Oct 2013.

Does it show up in your documents in your My Verizon account? Under Documents and Receipts.

Verizon makes account documents available online for 18 months from the date the document was first available. For a contract ending in January, 2014, that period has expired.

It does not show up under documents and receipts. Since it does not expire until Jan 2015, it should still be listed.
