Text Tracking

I've had other carriers provide SMS info on text messages directly on the website. I have a Verizon phone that I own and let someone else use. I see that call numbers are listed for incoming/outgoing calls. Is there any way to find out what number is being texted to or what number the text came from? I can't seem to locate that feature if it is even available at all.

If you are the Account Owner, yes ... the numbers texted to/from are available via your MyVerizon account under Usage.

I understand that with letting someone else use your phone it is important to keep an eye on them to make sure they are using it correctly.

You can absolutely view text message usage through your My Verizon account if you are the account owner for the past 90 days.

To do this please follow the steps below:

1. Sign into My Verizon as the account owner

2. Click on View Usage

3. Select the line's usage you want to view

4. Select View Messaging details
