I need to cancel my services as I have a phone through my work. Can I cancel online, or do I need to call in?
Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from another phone or visit a corporate store to cancel your account. You can't cancel online.
YOU WON'T ALLOW CANCELLING SERVICE ONLINE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO TALK PEOPLE OUT OF CANCELLING. SO SORRY BUT I WILL CANCEL EVEN THOUGH I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES NOW.
It's a binding agreement... What do you think happens if some not so honorable person cancels a persons line? Who do you think they'll blame? Also they will have legal record of when it was canceled and who canceled it. No carrier let's you cancel online.
Just porting your number out also cancels your plan. Which the new carrier would have your credentials and that carrier would be held liable for any mishaps...
