verizon customers should be able to upgrade at any time without paying full price for a phone, u are still getting the customer to start a new 2yr contract. and these prices are getting stupid. verizon is starting to get greedy!
Hi Corbiesr,I understand your concerns about upgrading! However, upgrading is based on eligibility dates. Each upgrade is based off a new customer agreement that informs the person of when they could do the next upgrade. Outside of that, there would be the option to upgrade at full retail cost without a new customer agreement. Also, the devices are more complex as to why thee cost can be higher due to newer functions. Do you know about the Edge Program?
