About 2 weeks ago I began having problems with my visual voice mail on my Samsung S3. Now every time someone leaves a message, I get a text from Verizon stating "You have # unheard visual voice mail messages. Please select the Visual VM icon to reinstall." I have spent @ an hour on the phone with tech support (force closed, unsubscribed, logged out, reboot) to no avail. I have gone by a store and done the same things to no avail. I have factory restored and gone through the pain of resetting all of my accounts and still get the same result. In order to use my visual voice mail, I have to get the text, open visual voice mail, go into settings, refresh and then it appears.
Please Help!
