We recently moved across town and are having really poor Verizon service in our new neighborhood. Had a meet and greet at the clubhouse, and we found out there are lots of Verizon customers who are experiencing same poor service. I spoke with a representative who assured me the engineers would check out our complaint, but we never heard another word. We are long-time customers but are considering a switch.
