Recieved feedback call... did not call in to support...

I just received a feedback call requesting my feedback/score of some customer service related issue. I did not make any such call. What's going on?

Never fear help is here! No need to worry. This may have been a survey call for a recent customer service interaction with VZW.

As SuzyQ mentioned, if you didn't call customer service maybe someone else on your account did. Do you have another people on the account that could have called regarding there phone?
