Since I have had my Samsung S4, my Visual Voicemail still won't work says "Checking Account Status" for about 5 or 10 mins then returns with "Try Again Later". Verizon can't help me, so they keep crediting my account. I think I've spoken to about 5 different people and nothing. Anyone else having these issues on this phone and if you've resolved it, how?? I'm stuck!!
