I am in Illinois 61523 and have not had a signal for 2 days now. Can anyone tell me what is going on or when service will be restored to our area? I cannot even get service long enough to call tech support!!
Have you rebooted your device? Pull the battery? Make sure the device is not in Airplane mode?
Issues like this you need to call from another phone, so tech support can trouble shoot your phone 800-922-0204 (Option 3 in the menu tree)
